Lead Gen Ads Agency is a trading name of DM4L Ltd registered at 5 Ducketts Wharf, Bishops Stortford, CM23 3AR. We operate remotely.
You pay us a monthly management fee via a subscription for one of the packages we sell. You pay in advance, and your subscription will automatically renew each month until cancelled. From October 2022, we will be VAT registered, so from this date, we will add VAT to our invoices. Before that, we will not charge VAT.
If our monthly payment is not paid for whatever reason, we will give you 7 days to fix the problem, after which time we will turn your ads off and stop working until the payment is made.
You can update your payment method via the customer portal.
You pay advertising costs directly to LinkedIn via a credit card. We will guide you through how to set up during the onboarding process.
Ideally, we would try and fix any problems so that you do not want to cancel, but if we can not resolve the issues, you can cancel at any point via the customer payment portal.
If you know you want to cancel in the future, it would be great if you could let us know as soon as possible.
When you cancel, you will receive the remainder of the service for the period you have paid for.
If, for whatever reason, we would like to cancel the agreement, we will give you as much notice as possible. We will either finish the month's work you have paid for or offer you a pro-rata refund.
No refunds will be issued.
We want the best people to work for our business so we can deliver you the best results. We offer our employees a 5% pay raise each year, so at the start of each tax year, we will increase our prices by 5%. This small increase helps us attract and retain the best talent, which in turn delivers better results for you and your business.
We need you to approve and sign off on the things we create for you. Our deliverables and timelines are based upon you coming back to us within 48 hours. If you take longer than this, it may impact us delivering the work in the agreed time frames.
We ask you to respond promptly to our correspondence.
Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5 pm UK time. We aim to provide timely responses to any requests during those times.
We are based in the UK, so we are governed by UK law.
